I don't know who my father is . My mother claims she doesn't know.?

His name isn't on the copy of birth certificate or anything. The police said that I couldn't get a dna test unless I had someone to match it to. Please Help. I'm 9 years old I was born on April 3,2001 My Name is Timothy Chris Warren my moms name is Lisa Marie Warren my mom lives in DC. And nobody in my family knows him.
