Will Chris Osgood make the Hall of Fame?

He's won two Cups as a starting goalie. He's been brilliant in the playoffs (3 Cup Finals shutouts). In the Finals that he lost, he was very good as well. It helped that he had some of the best defenseman ever, but he has never had a losing record as a goalie (not even with the Islanders).
