Volunteer work in project management / coordination?

You are going to have to approach lots of charities in your area with proposals to volunteer your time. I doubt you are going to find any specific requests for logistics volunteers on Volunteering England, Do-It, and other web sites for listing volunteering opportunities. Make sure your LinkedIn profile is up-to-date, make sure your CV is up-to-date, and write a variety of charities in your area, offering your expertise for a set period regarding coordinating a move, coordinating an IT setup, etc. Be very specific about what it is you can do. You might want to volunteer with various organizations in other activities so they can get to know you and you can build your network so that they can get to know you, trust you, etc.
