99 Silverado bogs down/jump at low acceleration?

My 99 chevrolet silverado bogs down at low acceleration, but runs just fine if i give it enough gas to downshift. It is throwing a system too lean code (bank 1&2), and also an EGR flow code. What could be the part/parts that are going bad?
