Need help finding a cooking skills cookbook in Polish?

I am currently looking for a cookery book covering classic recipes and basic cooking skills (think CIA textbooks, Delia Smith, Leith's, etc) in Polish. We're currently training a promising former dishwasher in the manly skills of the kitchen, and although his English is coming along I think this would really help him. Any ideas of what to buy, and where I could get it online?
